4.1 Booking Process

4.2 Pricing

All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without notice until your booking is confirmed. Prices may vary depending on travel dates, availability, and other factors.

4.3 Deposits and Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure most bookings. The balance payment is typically due 60 days before the departure date, but this may vary depending on the specific travel service.

4.4 Payment Methods

We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, and other methods as specified during the booking process. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method and that the information provided is true and accurate.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation by Client

If you cancel your booking, cancellation fees will apply as follows:

• 60+ days before departure: Loss of deposit
• 30-59 days before departure: 50% of total booking cost
• 15-29 days before departure: 75% of total booking cost
• 14 days or less before departure: 100% of total booking cost

Some travel services may have different cancellation policies, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

5.2 Cancellation by StachinGES

We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or insufficient participation. In such cases, we will offer either a full refund or an alternative travel service of comparable value.

5.3 Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval and will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

6. Travel Documentation

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, health certificates, and insurance. We are not liable for any issues arising from inadequate travel documentation.

Passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your planned return date. Visa requirements vary depending on your nationality and destination. We recommend checking the specific requirements for your nationality with the relevant embassy or consulate.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, and personal belongings. Travel insurance is not included in the price of our Services unless explicitly stated.

8. Liability and Limitations

8.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StachinGES and its partners, agents, and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of our Website or Services.

8.2 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, or other labor problems.

8.3 Third-Party Providers

We act as an intermediary between you and the providers of travel services (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.). While we select these providers with care, we are not responsible for any acts or omissions of these third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

The content on our Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of StachinGES or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Website without our prior written consent.

10. User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews, comments, or other content to our Website, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
